Accompanied viewings for up to 1 hour at a time for properties located within Ayrshire and Glasgow South. During this time we can show up to 12 people 2 bookings at a time. On listing a property we are seeing around 30 to 40 enquiries, you wouldn’t be required to show it to everyone. On average we receive 4 applications per 12 viewings.
